-Is there fraud protection by credit card issuer if paypal payment is funded by credit card and "services" selected as goods ?

-Any similar protection by paypal ?

-Any other tips in case buyer doesnt perform?

depends on the amount at hand but if it is more than you could live with to lose I would go escrow.com or moniker escrow etc... and be safe... I use paypal for people I know and escrow for anonymous buyers.

Intangible goods such as domains aren't protected by Paypal at all...I would recommend an escrow service.
