Hello , I need some help with receiving payments for my domain.

Suppose an end user in US is interested in purchasing my domain but I have an issue with payment.I cannot accept PayPal as my country doesn't support it.

I don't want to use escrow either as the transaction would be under 800$.

What options do I have?

How far under $800 is the transaction? Escrow protects both buyer and seller and is ideal, and the fee (depending on your country) is not too high a price given the security the site brings.

Otherwise options depend on your country and theirs.

Mainly 300-600 $ . I am getting a payoneer credit card that should work with accepting global payments but not sure how I'll get paid .

Ask the buyer to wire transfer the funds to your account.

$300-$600 with risk of it going badly due to using a lesser established or low quality payment system = less than ideal choice IMO.

$300-$600 with (likely) $25 fee from Escrow with complete security that you get your money and they get their domain, or neither party gets anything = by far the best $25 you will invest.

$300 - $25 = $275 in your bank
$300 - $300 because you got ripped off or whatever = $0 in your bank

Other than Escrow, Skrill, Paypal and bank transfer I do not know.

You'd have to call your specific CC company and ask, they're all different in some ways and probs differ between countries as well.

I don't want to use escrow either as the transaction would be under 800$.

I prefer to use Escrow/com for all transactions, and do not mind the fees in trade for the ease of the transaction and the peace of mind.

I don't know what the fees are for those not living in the US, but if the domain is $800 I would not care if it cost me $100 in fees if I new the transaction was safe because of using Escrow/com.

I think this is the best way to go.

Just my 2 cents, hope it helps.

Ask the buyer to wire transfer the funds to your account.
To wire to someone who lives in a country that doesn't have even Paypal? Not sure if serious. I would do it only after i get the domain.

Here the issue is with seller as he does not have paypal, if buyer wants to wire transfer the funds than problem is solved.

I heard Skrill and Neteller is the best alternative to Paypal. You can also consider using WebMoney, although I have never used it before.

Hey bro. Use 2Checkout.com They can receive paypal payments on their platform.

Have a look at ccnow.com they can process credit cards and also paypal payments and pay you with a check or bank wire. The are cheaper than 2checkout if you live outside the US
