:hi:

On April 21, 08, I paid for a domain I bought at Sedo website and I was expecting a payment confirmation email. But, to my surprise, it’s been almost FIVE days and I haven’t heard ANYTHING from them about it.

I was wondering how long it takes for Sedo staff to send a payment confirmation email to the buyer and Transaction History to be updated accordingly.

Thank you for your time! :)

Just out of curiosity, what is the name of the transfer agent handling this transaction for you? Some of them are really slow like Joe Palombo, but some of them are incredibly fast like Colin Finnan. I would recommend calling Colin and asking him what is going on because he's a great guy and always answers his phone and is quick to help out. He's the guy I always go to when I'm not happy with what is going on, which is usually the case. If you want his direct line shoot me a PM and I'll send it to you.

That's the same guy who stalled my transactions. :yell:
PM me if you want to have another contact from Sedo.

Wow, you would think they would have better customer service. In the absense of available alternatives I list my names on Sedo and Afternic, but I so far I'm not totally happy with either. Some enterprising NPer needs to start a better auction house!
