We have seen many scams through paypal but why does companies use it even for big transactions. Cannot a person get back his money through paypal after buying premium domain through any company.

Company to company is okay. A company would not ruin its reputation with shill chargeback. Also the other company can sue you etc. But person to person is much more risky.

I am not sure i got what you mean but if i did i will try to answer it.
When you ask the money back from paypal you have to prove that the person you bought the product from scammed you. In return the company will have the option to prove that you got the product you were promised. It's not that easy to get the money back without proof of the claim.
