[Paying] I need someone to send out a newsletter

I have 2000 .csv files that have email addresses only in the files. I dont have a good mailing program. I need somone who has a good program or a way to send out all these people an email. I will provide the email to be sent. I also need it to show where its coming from and who its coming from. I will provide all of this. If someone has the right mailing software it should only take them a few hours. I will pay someone $25 USD via paypal to do this quick task for me.

what your asking for sounds like spam can you explain a little better? 2000 emails in a .csv or 2000 .csv file with email addresses? and also first and foremost in order to send them the email for you they have to give us permission to email them
