Will someone promote my forum?? For a fee of course...

Hi all,

I have a new forum dealing with love and relationships etc. and i have no time to promote it, submit links, trade links etc.

I am looking for somone who can take care of ALL OF IT, someone who can show results (I want to see sign-ups and activity on the forum), someone who can show a history or track record of promoting new sites/forums and turn them into succesful ones!

If anyone even just knows the web adress of a site that offers this COMPLETE service at a respectable fee, please let me know! I just dont have time to promote is and work on it!
