Hi there! I am in major need of a professional looking template. If I use the one you recommended to me, I will pay you $5 USD via paypal. If I'm amazed by it, I'll pay more. I don't need all these complicated templates I see out there; it has to be simple, yet look professional.
Here are the requirements: A place on the top for a logo or banner, a top menu below that, and a sidebar that is not too thin. I don't need all these fancy boxes anywhere! Just a side menu (either right or left, but not both), and a main area for the content. Please don't give me links to a site with templates, but links to the templates themselves!
Just to save you time, I've seen a million of these kinds of templates:

As you can see from my description, this is not what I'm looking for. If you need a matching theme, this website will be a shopping-plaza type website. I understand I'll get the best results if I pay for a template or get one to do one for me, but I don't have the money. If you want to offer me a custom template, I will not go over $20. I prefer sites made of tables/HTML more than photoshop.
Note: This is one I like, although it IS a bit fancy:

It has all the bars I want. I can just remove the banner with one that suits a shopping plaza. Of course, I will remove the sound. Try to find one better than this one!
