Paye means pay, more precisely wages in French that's correct. "Paye" is a little bit old-fashioned term, the alternate spelling "paie" is more widespread nowadays.
Could be a nice name for employer/employee services company. I would appraise at low $$$ for end user.
Companies based in Belgium often use a type of services company called "secrétariat social" (example: http://www.groupes.be/fra/frset_global.asp?Content=http://www.groupes.be/fra/actualiteit.html). These companies do accounting, payroll and other services. This is a typical type of end user for that kind of name IMO.
