Yes, I’m very much aware that the French seem to have a preference toward hyphenated domain addresses and I also agree that this is a rare case were having two hyphens would have increased the value. Even though, this name translates to Poker Online, the French pronounce the word Online as two words “On Line” and as such that makes domain names spelled with en-ligne quite popular.
