I have partnership proposition for someone who can web design and program. I have many "financial" Projects that need to be brought to life and need an active designer and web master

Hmm Just a sugestion

Hello this is just a sugestion But I am a web master and I can do what you are asking but I dont do work on percentage alone you have to know that the bils are going to be paid and when you offer just percentage people dont find it as hmm atractive
