I'm looking for a web-designer to do some work for me, which includes banners, website design and graphical upgrades.
The person should be working professionally, keeping me up to date with the progress, have all files (layers) and such well named and done to my liking.

The budget is between 150$ and 300$ (PayPal verified), depending on the work you can deliver and within a reasonable timeframe.
