Parkingcrew blocked my account after 6 month

parkingcrew blocked my account after 6 month without any reason and hold my 6 months earning
here is a look what happened
after 4 month i asked them to payment as they has 3 month hold period they replied

Hello Muhammad,
we checked your case with our traffic quality team. Unfortunately, our traffic quality team feel that it is possible that our advertising partner will issue a clawback, therefore as a precaution, they have made the decision to temporarily put your account on payment hold. Our upstream feed provider has the right to clawback unjustified earnings up to 90 days. This will be reviewed next month.

i even unable to upload documents due to bad mobile internet they just blocked my account after sir months earning take away on verification of my profile . i have all documents but what wrong with them they just want to ban you and hold your earning
can some body help me out here?
