Parking with name servers or forwarding

One has a choice to use either nameservers of parking service or forward with masking. With masking there is the option to set meta tags. My question is whether the search engines prefer one of the options over the other.

Hi - on sedo's website it states that they prefer that you change the Name Servers but unfortunately it does'nt say why :td:

Most search engines won't index anything redirected. If you want to use a redirect I suggest doing it on your own server and make it a time delayed redirect like 5+ seconds. Not sure if this works anymore but it use to with google. Always better to use nameservers with anything but even that doesn't help much. The search engines know very well if the name is parked or not. Sure they might index the name but don't expect a great deal of traffic from your efforts.

:imho: change name server for me as well and park is better than forwarding.
