.mobi Parking Page with Sedo

I parked a lll.mobi with Sedo and selected Retro Green as the layout. It doesn't show that but the simple page layout.

Doesn't page layouts work with .mobi names ?

i think the simple layout is default for mobi's at sedo.co.uk

the other layouts dont work for mobi's as they wont

show up on mobile phones so it go's to simple layout.

No, none of the layouts work for .mobi domains. You don't need to select a layout, just leave it on the default and it will format properly.
