i know this may seem like a silly question, but what does it mean when you are asked to select your pay out limit for parking earnings?
is it best to select the lowest amount available?

Yes, most parking companies offer payment by PayPal. The exception is AFD or Google's Adsense for Domains which only pays by check or electronic funds transfer.

Basically the parkign companies is asking what size check/payment shoudl they send...

If you put $1000 payout then you have to earn $1000 before they send a check, if you select $100 then you only have to earn $100 before they pay you...

Personally I dont need the cash right away so I liek to wait until it builds up a bit....
