Parking domain at namebuys.com

I'm new here and I'm impressed by all the features (NP; marketplace, appraisals, etc). When I added a domain name to my portfolio, I've seen my personal sales site at NameBuys.com

In the front of NameBuys.com, I can read a "Free domain parking with stats" feature. It is already available or not ? How is it possible to use it ?
