Okay, so my names haven't done so well in parking as of late. I have a lot of unique views but very few clicks. So to my delight this morning, I got a 700% ctr on 3 uniques, and approx $5 in estimated revenues. But when I checked again this afternoon, I had $0. The same Unique Views, but 0 CTR, and $0 revenue. How can they do this? >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Because it was probably bots, not real clicks.

If they turn out to be real (i.e. if Yahoo pays on them) you'll get paid. If not, then not.

But Parked does NOT steal.

I will second that.

I have had this happen before too.

Just the other day I had 1 visitor and 40 clicks on one domain for about $12...

later that evening - all gone.

I was expecting it to happen because it has happened before.

On a positive note, parked is capable of drawing non bot visitors to really achieve over 100% CT

Think I might advise you to change your heading from "Parked Stole my pay" to "What happened to my pay?" Saying Parked (or anyone for that matter) stole it is a pretty serious accusation and likely not correct in this case.

Yes, the accusation should all but be 100% falsified thanks to this thread.

:bah:

The first time this happened to me at parked I was suspicious, the second time I suspected that these were spiders or bots causing this and I accepted it, by the sixth or seventh time - it was clear what was happening.

parked.com does not steal money, they're in the domain parking monetization business, clarify this with assigned parked.com staff for your account.

they don't have to explain themselves to anyone, see 700% is too good to be true, and it really is.

It is farfetched - but 100% - 200% at Parked is possible..

I would think Parked would have made a statement to its customers or publicly about this glitch?

Anyone know if that has happened yet?

Bot traffic, your post title is out of line.
You can turn off the estimates in your parked account.

the highest i have there is ctr 20.97%
it's not a perfect world, if you have 100 visitors it's impossible for all 100 visitors to click, if it does then it's not human might be a :ghost: or a clickbot.

I have a state geo name that hovers between 90% and 110% CT with about .89 epc...

In the process of making a sale....

Maybe I ought to keep it and develop...

for now let it be on parked.com developing might remove the old listing, is it an expired name?
wow congrats

a note of caution btw to op, if you have 700% if i were you i would start to worry, and contact assigned parked.com staff for you since you might be nearing your account getting terminated. it's horrendous ctr on behalf of the parking company btw.

Today some bot hit a bunch of domains I own that start with the letter O.

Pretty good indication that's not human traffic.

Thread renamed.

Let's keep this on topic please.
Accusations without proof may be subject to warnings. Should anyone have distinct proof, contact NP management, other than that, steer clear from slander.

Thanks!

M.
