Does anyone have parked pages with pageranks and decent alexa rankings?

April 1st it received 363 uniques, 86 clicks, 23.69% CTR, Total: $1.24

April 2nd (data not readjusted yet), 323 uniques, 103 clicks, 31.89% CTR, Total: $6.42
EDIT: It readjusted to $2.04 (a massive drop)

I think Alexa is a great tool. I use the Alexa top sites API every month to find growing internet trends. I wouldn't buy a traffic domain unless it had an Alexa rank.

Check out www.hitgeist.com - the data is a bit old, but great for finding new trends through gainers in traffic.

Thing is though, using the API, the $$$ do clock up after downloading lists of millions of sites then comparing data via the Alexa web information service (AWIS) to create custom lists of new gainers in traffic.

I have one parked domain with a p4 and a decent alexa rank. It average about $50 a month in revenue.
