Parked domains will pay 12-24 month rev

I am looking for parked domains and am willing to pay 12-24 months of revenue.
Requirements
Must be able to prove at least 3 months of income. (screen shots a plus) Do not PM if you can not show proof.
Must make at least $3.00 each month

This is good only for the first 50 or so sites or until my budget is gone for the month.

PLEASE NOTE

I have gotten PM's asking for well more then 24 months of revenue. I will only pay a max of 24 months and that is only for certain domains.

Will also consider directory websites making some $, say about $25-$30 a month ?
As i have one and looking for an OK deal (not too hight but definately not to low)

Gambling: No

For Adult sites please PM with screen shots of rev and I also need to know were the traffic is coming from. ie.. Typeins, back links, ect.. I need this information because I do not develop Adult sites only park them.

Directories: I'm open to the idea. PM me some details.
If the site will take more then 30 minutes a week to operate and maintain then no. I have run into this before and it just takes too much time for the money. But then again maybe your site is better organized.
