german2006 - You just didn't have any hits for the day. I just went to one of your domains and ran an update of our stats program and now we are showing 9/17. That shouldn't work that way, but I'll ask when everybody gets in today.

Charley, it really depends on the domain...but I seem to be doing pretty well with money related keywords.

anyway i insist that there must be "something wrong"... i have never made incentive clicks, all my visitors are type-ins (zero backlinks) and my visitors/clicks are going down down down since last downtime...

do all domains and portfolios update at the same time? or do some domains update less often? I think one isn't updating properly or late but its only on one domain.

biohammer - All domains are updated at the same time or within a few seconds of each other. If you have one that isn't updating, please send it to me.

troopscott - Traffic analysis will be back soon, some parts may be back this week. The referrering URL part is what is such a pain. We won't be showing the referral earnings until the pay period is over, because sometimes numbers can change and we don't want to cause any confusion.

Heya Donny,

rather then start a thread called"parking at parked suxx" i am posting here.....i parked a couple weeks ago a couple of my domains, i didn't expect a lot even the domains are making sense...but what got me today is, i had my first click, here are the stats:

TOTAL 1 1 $40.00 100.00% $0.04 $0.04

So, reading this, the RPM is 40 bucks...and the payout is a whooping 4 cent??

Even a "www.bringoutthegoodinyou.ws" would have fetched more with adsense...

I am just asking for an explanation, thats all...

You have 1 hit in 2 days and you got a click on the 1 hit. The click was for "pictures of planets", the surfer was from the UK, and it was the 7th result on the page. Not sure what else I could really do to improve this. I definitely don't think that suxx considering there really is no traffic.

It's hard to take a list of domains that probably normally don't get much if any traffic and expect us to do some magic with them. If you have traffic we can work some magic and you will be paid. But if you don't even have any traffic nobody can really help you make much money.

Again, the reason for me posting here was NOT to blaim parked.com for my poor portfolio ( btw, i turned down lately a xxx offer for one of my name in te portfolio, even there is no traffic at all)

I like that u have the stats to provide where the "clicker" came from and what he clicked, that's standard but.....the main reason i posted was that i don't get it that te parking company gets the money from the high bidder and pays out a minor procentage....and "minor" is a mild explanation of it....i saw the same with one of my higher paying domains (i have google adsense there) but at least it is something like $17-$20 and i get 30-75 cent per click.......

I am not expecting some"magic" from you, nor do i expect some magic from some other parking company, it is up to me to get the "traffic ball" rollin....

But i still don't get it that u make a lot of money with some keywords and pay out .....minimal?

I understand it, it is business, you have expenses but 4 cent out of $40 seems to me.....odd....

Again, i posted it here rather then a new thread, no prob here, just courious.....

You may be misunderstanding what that $40 means ...

Your RPM (or CPM) of $40 simply means that if you were to get 100% CTR on 1000 impressions (1000 clicks) then you would earn $40 at $.04/click

That is the relation between the $.04 and the $40 - it has nothing to do with your revenue share or the percentage of what you receive as compared to parked or their ad providers

I just finished to read a couple explanations about the RPM(and more)...and no hardfeelings her, like i said , i am new to the parking thingy ...that RPM thin is just missleading, thats all.... i keep trying, thx guys

Well, 15 minutes stats should be available soon. This was an issue with one of our database providers who said that we needed to upgrade to a new version. It was down for about 4 minutes.
