How about SPEEDING up OUR stats Donny?

I guess I missed that one by SDX. We want to make sure that the stats are being updated on time, so instead of trying to push too hard we are taking our time getting them updated. They are taking about 15 minutes right now to process so we are running them at the top of each hour. And not a single delay yet. We will drop in down to 30 minute updates soon. And maybe 15 minutes before we get in the new hardware. I've always wanted a super computer, now we will have 2.

Oh Ok, I thought stats were stats and not estimates (i'm kinda new to using parked). At what point do stats become final?

mrizos - That's why they are estimates. We look for fraud, multiple clicks, etc... I'm not saying you are doing fraud, but you may have a surfer tha comes in and clicks 100 times in 2 seconds and sometimes we can't we can't stop it on the front end.

Charley, it REALLY depends on the name...but on some Adult names around .20/click.

hmm just kinda strange the day you guys go down my clicks got cut in half and every other day they are normal

1 click prices versus 2 click prices, interesting question. I know why there are different prices on Google when their is a 1 click versus 2 click, it's smartpricing, one has it and usually one doesn't. With Yahoo it's mainly based on the formula they use. When somebody searches for "car loans" they use one formula, but when you have a domain going 1 click with the same terms, RPC is usually a little higher because they use a different formula to determine who is the first, second, and other positions. In my opinion 1 click domains get more clicks but a lower RPC than 2 click domains. We own cameras.com and that's why it's a 2 click domain, but some 1 click domains do better than 2 click. It just depends on the market.

ChrisOA - I think that one day is what is called a Saturday. Your Saturday and Sunday numbers are lower than during the week as everybody's domains make less during the week (in most cases). On Monday when we were still down, your numbers were at the same level as normal. You would laugh if you looked at one of my accounts, one day $100, the next $2, the next $50, etc... I have 100% type-ins nothing else.

I'm seeing my domains being picked up by Google, but in some cases, it's there with the www and some cases not. Is this an issue? It is for some of my developed sites (for which I use 301s and GWT preferred domain options to deal with)

Donny, I never asked this, but can a 2-Click turn into a 1-Click by itself if it gains enough on Overture?
