Thanks for the welcome, I wish it was under better circumstances. Believe me, I feel your pain. We'll have things back up as soon as possible. We want you to park those domains here too. :)

We don't want to put the site back up until we get all of the numbers 100% up to the minute. The reason we are waiting until the numbers are up to the minute is because we are fairly certain that the first thing people are going to want to do when we put the site back up is to check their stats. If we have everyone hammering the stat server while we are trying to update it, it will make the process take much longer. Hang with us, we are making quite a bit of progress and should have everything back up this evening. We appreciate your patience.

What i definitely have to credit you with is responsiveness. When one (Donny) cannot respond due to workload, another team member registers at NP and delivers an update. From a managerial and customer service standpoint, that's the type of performance that instills confidence in your clients. Thanks! :)

Our spanish-forum users are worried about this too, Im telling them what's going on...

Its not DDOS cause everyone can access their website.

I also did move like 80 domains to parked.com last week , and I will move more as sonn as the site is back...

very tempted to move but park is really the best
i REALLY hope they are truely still tracking :(

I have recently received this e-mail...

From: "Parked.com Stats Sys..."
Subject: "Parked.com Stats Update for 2007-09-06"

but it is empty.... :?

We are getting closer to getting things back up. We are currently in the process of sending out emails to anyone who generated revenue on Thursday with your daily stats for that day. Once Fridays numbers are run through we will do the same until we get them up to the minute. Once that happens, the site will be back online. Again, I realize this is a bit of the pain in the butt and many of you have things you want to update in your account. Hang with us and we will have things up as soon as possible. Thanks again for your patience.

I rcvd email, it has seemingly accurate stats in it though.

There is a problem while looking the e-mail on Hotmail, i forwarded and now i can see it.

I got an email as well but unsure what I think of the stats.

I know what I think, the stats are not even close to what they normally are. In fact, the stats have been suspect for well over a week!!

The emails are a temporary solution until tomorrow when we open the doors back up on Parked.com. The data in the emails are final numbers. I don't want people to login and us be 3-4 days behind that just doesn't make any sense for us to do that. The server is working fine now and we should have at least Saturday and maybe Sunday finished before the night is over. And then tomorrow I will have Monday and Tuesday run in the morning and then I will open everything back up.

Thanks for the update and emails Donny . Personally I see it this way people. We are partners with the parking companies we choose to do business with. When our partner has troubles we have troubles we are not owed anything nor should we try to profit on our partners misfortune. The service that Parked agreed to provide us has not been interrupted and everyone is still making money. So I think it would be wrong to expect any compensation at all. If you receive anything (beyond a thank you) its more than most companies would even entertain. So be glad that your partner communicates and answers emails and pays when they say they will and allows multiple clicks or point your your domain elsewhere. But I am happy to be in business with Parked and expect no additional compensation beyond the great service they already provide. IMO

I agree because we are partner not customer. If I pay for your service then I would ask for compensation

Last of the emails for tonight just went out, this is for the 8th. Tomorrow we will have the 9th, 10th, and some of the 11th ready when we let everybody back in. See everybody in the morning (at least in my timezone).

Thanks Donny, appreciate the updates from you and the rest of the staff. The posts from parked have kept me hanging in there. I can't begin to imagine the hell you guys are going through.
