Stats were processing the whole time, unfortunately you weren't making any money. So we will figure out how to take care of the downtime revenue tomorrow.

at least mine are frozen

It's not just you, their all frozen.. Never ends up good for me when this happens. I hate it, I dread seeing the loss.

I know I'm making money, my numbers change every 15 minutes.

I noticed earlier the rev slowed down. Always take a loss when this happens. :yell: :yell: :yell: :yell: :yell: :yell:

When will my numbers be cought up???? I know I'm waaaay behind, I know my rev is not correct.

The stats error has been resolved. Our stats run every 15 minutes and it takes about 5 minutes to run, so up to date stats should be available around 11:30PM EST, 8:30PM EST or in about 30 minutes.

I'm scared to look.

I understand it wouldn't be in Parked.com favor but would be the right thing to do.....Simply send an email and let us know in advance your systems going down.. Marchex does it.

That to me is a pretty big deal when the stats vanish as much as Parked.com goes down.

We have been down twice ever. Both times it was not a scheduled downtime. So we really can't send an email saying we are going to be down.

In a few weeks when we add a few extra servers in their will be a scheduled downtime, but today was not scheduled.

The "stats error" was a replication error, which I had a roughly "skip error". When you hear the word error their is no reason to freak out. I have already stated that you will be compensated for the downtime tonight, we will figure out how to calculate that tomorrow.
