Should I register this domain?

It mostly refers to Hugo Boss line of perfume waters.

But there may be more perfumes with this keywords.

parfum is the French word for scent. So you're essentially saying scent scent. I don't know if they have or if they could get a trademark for such a descriptive term. If you're registering it with hopes of selling it to them, I wouldn't. Apparently they don't think anything of it, since they didn't register it.
