I would really appreciate some feedback on the domain below. Development and selling ideas (potential end-users) would also be much appreciated. Thanks...

Palm could refer to Palm Springs / Beach etc. A condominium, or condo, is a form of housing tenure and other real property where a specified part of a piece of real estate (usually of an apartment house) is individually owned while use of and access to common facilities in the piece such as hallways, heating system, elevators, exterior areas is executed under legal rights associated with the individual ownership and controlled by the association of owners that jointly represent ownership of the whole piece. Colloquially, the term is often used to refer to the unit itself in place of the word "apartment". A condominium may be simply defined as an "apartment" that the tenant "owns" as opposed to rents.

OneTime - Nice name! Undeveloped reseller value may be as low as $xx however, end user value would be substantially higher. Palm_Condos_com is the perfect example of a geo/adjective name that has huge potential to resell to an end user for $x,xxx -$xx,xxx IMO.

Let's look at some current domains containing the words "palm condo" that are developed sites:

These are just a few of the MANY potential end users. Also, it doesn't appear to have any TM issues. So what you really should do is sell to me for $60, take the money and run it's a terrible name. :]

I had a look at a few of those sites just after I registered mine. It was one of those names that I had to grab as soon as I saw it and even feared it would be gone by the time I finished checking out - but luckily I got it.

I agree reseller value wouldn't be much, but that's fine... I'm saving this for an end-user and hopefully in this niche end-users will have a decent amount to spend on such a brandable name.

I like the domain. It is not a category killer, but highly brandable and memorable. It is the type of domain that would look great on any advertisement. I think you could get a very nice sale to an end user.

Thanks Brad, appreciate the comments. I've only ever made a handful of end-user sales in my entire time domaining, but in all except one case they contacted me rather the other way around. A lot of the time its hard thinking up an angle and who to contact on a lot of brandable names, however this one seems quite straight forward.

Just have to think up a good approach email.

Nice name, I'd focus more on the Palm Islands in Dubai, it goes by a few names, the Palm, Dubai Palm, The Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Palm, Palm Dubai etc are all often used.

I prefer DubaiPalm...cos I own it and it gets traffic

There's also Condo style hotels still being built over there. But as with most real estate just now, Dubai is taking a BIG HIT right now but when it recovers its going to take much more effort to sell properties/condos than it did before.

Nice name for that IMO

Hey gazzip, thanks for the info. I'd thought about Dubai, but wasn't sure if they use the term "condo" over there. If its a popular term then that would be a good thing for me as it would likely increase the number of potential buyers / at least number of people I can approach.

Sure they do, although to me it is more of an American term, at the end of the day people over there are not the main targets to sell property to - It will be Europeans, Americans, Indians etc who will actually buy the properties so its still very usable IMO
