I paid for 2 expired domain names on Sedo's buy now bargain category. One of the domain names was in my Namecheap account within a few days the other one I am still waiting for the current owner to provide the auth code.

If they do not provide the auth code sedo will refund me the money.

Can I take legal action if the owner doesn't provide the auth code?

Against Sedo? Well, probably not successfully.

Against the owner? Are you going to file suit against someone over a bargain domain? What if they're in another country?

Yes you can sue them. The lawyer fees are very cheap
