They can pay with other peoples paypal accounts, get the card, 2 months later once the victim sees the charges in their pp account, disputes, the ebay seller is the only one that looses.

Some people in this world aren't very good at maths. Maybe they think they're buying it for cheaper then it's worth, or maybe, as they say, people usually pay more than things are worth in auctions, that's why realestate usually goes to auction

Well, I think this is something normal. Sellers even start the auction higher then the real value of Visa Card
