Page rendering problem-HELP

I use Firefox1.5.3 on my Imac and on this Namepros forum I always get a little blue page scroll sliderbar in the top left hand corner of the thread box. It is very annoying as it blocks out parts of the text in a message. I dont have this problem on any other sites I visit..only here. When I use SAFARI or Internet Explorer to visit Namepros I also dont have this problem. It seems it is only on this site and with Firefox that this problem occurs. Any ideas on this and/or solutions?

I still have the scrollbar sitting there in the top left hand corner of this page just as before.

We've identified it as the quick quote code causing this, but which part of the quick quote code is unknown.
