OxyRack.com has been officially launched to the public! OxyRack started its operation as a trial run (beta) in August of 2008. Over 4000 cPanel hosting accounts were created as part of our beta program. Users were active in reporting server related issues, which led to a stable server. After having consecutive months with 99.99%+ uptime, we are finally ready to make it public for everyone to signup for.
OxyRack servers were once used as part of a phishing scam, and our domain registrar locked out our domain, as well as our other corporate domains. Therefore, to combat this, we will not accept any non-English sites. It is hard to distinguish whether or not the hosted website violates the acceptable use policy and terms of service when our administrators do not understand the language a site is written in. As well, we will no longer be providing subdomains (.oxyrack.com). We would gladly host your site at OxyHost.com, where it is easier to keep track of things using in-house coded scripts. Thank you for your understanding.
PHP, MySQL, FTP, Fantastico Deluxe, POP3, SMTP comes standard with our plan. Our servers are located in San Jose, with a network uptime of 99.99% since the launch of the datacenter. We are currently multi-homed to Cogent and InterNAP.
