Owning .COM's of developped .NET's

I own a couple of .COM's of developed .NET sites. Here are the facts:
1) the .net sites are PR4 Alexa 1M
2) there are not enough type in parking revenues for .com's to justify renewals
3) keywords are crap for the value of the domains by themselves
4) I don't think the owners of .nets would any care about purchasing .coms

would you suggest to develop the .com's and in what kind of sites or let them go?

If you are not now getting enough traffic to pay for the renewals, I'd drop them and concentrate something more lucrative. Maybe the .net's might pay something for them.

If you drop them I almost guarantee you that Andrew Reberry or Mike Mann will pick them up and put it up for sale on their marketplaces for thousands of dollars.

Its the kind of stuff that turns them on.

Before letting them go it could be worth to post the list of domains here, or somewhere else, maybe someone will be willing to buy them. But it doesn't look good for what you are saying, parking revenue doesn't cover renewal fees, .net owners would probably not buy it, and the CPC is low, not something I would be interested in unless I had specific development plans, which I wouldn't do with a low CPC, but without seeing the domains it is not possible to value them.

It sounds like a drop them.
