.mobi OVT script for mobiles.

Hello all just bought OVT.mobi from a nice chap in the marketplace section, and I thought i'd develop it into a nice little domainers website with a Overture keywords search built in so domainers can search and gain results on the move, and of course a listing with all the .mobi enabled domain registrars (Hopefully with a few affiliate links inbuilt for the cash flow!!!)

Does anyone know if the OVT script would work on a mobile website or even if it would be mobi compatible?? If anyone knows how I could implement it or where i could get such a script from (Preferibly free!! LOL) i would appreciate that too.

if you use OVT.mobi as a site to check overture results I think you will be asking for serious legal problems.

This was easy to build, quick and dirty but it does get a 5/5 from dotmobi
I don't know about legal issues, but digitalpoint is doing it and so is ovtd.

I checked it out on uspto.gov yesterday, because I was going to warn aggieuk if I had found anything before he spends alot of time and money developing the site. I found nothing there to suggest the term OVT is Tm'ed.

Thankyou for everyones input, i think by the looks of it, there isn't really much of a problem as long as i plainly show that i'm not the official overture website, also i will be using the ovt search as just one element to the website. Basically i will supply the research tools to evaluate a name, and then reg it! All via a mobile device. I have the first draft already developed nows just the wait for the domain to be transferred to my account then i will publish it for all to enjoy! I've already tested it on my Motorola V3x and it seems pretty smooth and workable. Just need some more bits and bobs to add features then i'm done.
