Overture, how important is it?

Google results, overture, top bids, whats the real determing factor of a domains value. All of the above I'm going to guess.

Help me understand this please. Reason I ask is because I have a few names with very high google results, but zero results with overture.

High Google results mean you have a significant amount of competition to rank #1 for your keywords or domain. No OVT means no one is searching for that domain or keyword. So, optimally, you need to seek low Google results and high OVT in general.. there are exceptions perhaps (in the case of domains with high brandability) but that's it in a nutshell. Hope this helps!

I think that depends on how much time and money you're willing to expend on branding and developing.. some markets may be worth it, and some may not.
