Overall what's happening with domain values?

Have prices been rising, particularly .com domains?

Its hard to tell if values, prices, are rising because we're usually comparing one domain with another. The same domain doesn't sell over and over again.

If prices aren't rising much if at all why not?

Do you feel the same as I do that domains of reasonable quality should be rising much more and be much more valuable? I think many domains people are trying to sell are near worthless but a quality domain that can make a serious web site should have great value. In my opinion. What do you think?

I was noticing some really good sales earlier this year (around Jan-Mar), but haven't be following them as much lately. According to the post stub just shared I would have to say it looks like they are continuing to stay solid!
