I'm looking for an easy way to organize my portfolio to keep track of which domains i own and at which registrars they are residing and also to keep track of where they are parked.

That DRT software is quite expensive and i downloaded the trial and i find it very hard to use secondly my drive was doing overtime when i checked out a videotutorial.

I just need a simple and effective solution for this. I have no experience with excell and i have tried this before once with something else and i also found that solution hard to use.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know because i'm sick and tired to print out pages and scribbling any new additions to the lists, turning it into a mess again.

Is there a way to create my own domain manager list?
What do i need to make such a easy to use and editable list?

Zowie, Gene! Spiffy tool. Big smile after importing from a text file...Huge smile after clicking the lookup button and seeing the fields populate.

Great, isn't it? I've tried many similar products that just don't cut it. This one I'm thankful for every time I use it... which is daily. Yeah, it's $49, but it is an enormous time saver and stress reliever :)

Thanks Gene, looks very promising!
I think i may have to ad information manually for the .eu domains i have but when all the date is put in it does seems nice.

By the way is it possible to make a listing so i can see which domains reside at each parking provider.
So i can have a view of only Fabulous domains for instance?

Sure -- there are different ways to do that. The easiest way is to simply "sort" on the column that shows the registrar. You could also go through the list and highlight the names belonging to the category you want and right click to copy, then paste into notepad. It's a very flexible program that can show you what you want to know/see about the names in your portfolio.

I see, thanks Gene! I've just downloaded the program and am going to dabble a bit with it to see how it goes.

Update: What i can't seem to figure out is how i can name the columns by my own preference.

Example: I can't name a colum "Parked At"

Another issue that came to my attention is that some of my domains list the wrong registrar for some reason. It displays a registrar where the registrar i bought my domains is buying domains from.
