It is very simple, If non profit go with .org, if business run in Colombia go with .co

.org —at least if the deal goes through

annual price caps are now capped at 10%

the previous shady deal was uncapped.

You have until 4/20 before the offer expires

    .co contract tendered! — three bidders for .co;
    Neustar, Nominet, coalition; team Internet.

Never understood this fascination with .co...

    i would choose .org —

Nominet shouldn't get .co, because this would mean dropping the wrong part of .co.uk
Neustar shouldn't get it either, otherwise they will forget promoting .biz after embezzling quality drops.

Neustar operator of .co. Have been while.
I’m guessing they want to keep it. Sounds like the only extension they do well; not .biz & .us.

Dont know anything about bidder #2 Nominet

Final bidder #3; “new coalition” made up of; Centralnic Limited, Team Internet, &columbia..”

So in ideal world, yu want coalition to to win.
    Those some familiar names.. :)

In general .org by a wide margin, especially if the term makes sense.

Really only .com, .org, and a ccTLD are top choices for people. Most other extensions are just settling for what is available.

I don't think .co will ever get much traction where .com dominates.

You can't compare .org and .co (my opinion)

If in investment view point would be .co, China allows .co but not in .org. ( huge reg number can make good keywords scarce).
If you are end user I only preferred .org if non profit organization.
