If it was registered by a BMW dealer it would probaly be all right since they have to be liscenscd by BMW. In the case of Levitra however I strongly doubt that the OP has any sort of relation to Levitra. It would be making money off a brand when you have no right to said brand. If I were to register OrderMicrosoft.com and put up a parking page Microsoft would have the right to sue me ar at the very least demand the domain, same with Levitra. OrderLevitra.net can only be interpreted one way, It would be where you would go to order that product thus stealing traffic and possible sales from the TM holder.

Even if I am wrong, would you take the chance of reg. a TM? I would not.

if you make money (or try to) by using someone elses TMed name without permission youre in trouble.

so if you reg shopforyourbmwheretodayandnow.com and make money from parking, BMW could come kick and your butt. if you reg BMWsSuck,com you could turn it into a review site and you wont have any problems as long as u dont monetize it by linking to bmw products.

Yes, I also smell TM trouble here. If you do a Google search for Levitra, all you see is the drug with that name and the domain clearly says Order Levitra. No legal expert here...but the TM issue seems to be obvious.
