Optimization error on dopa.com?

Hey guys,
Do you use dopa? If so would you please log in and tell me if there's error in the optimization page. Why I get this every time?
I am writing to them but I just want to confirm.

I seem to recall a message saying that optimization was only available for "high traffic" domains, but I can't find it now. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

No, it is actually an "error occured" message. Seems their scripts are not properly written or something wrong with the database.
