domain Opinions/suggestions

I have toycarmodel.com listed for sale on sedo. I have received an email from a marton system, inc. inquiring if this domain name is for sale and stating that if we can agree on price..they can send pmt. promptly via escrow..first I don't really know what price to ask..would like appraisal opinions..I also have (toymodelcar.com)..the other thing is I do not know if I should be leary of the email...I have received email before wanting me to get appraisal..but this one does not ask for that..so just not sure if I should view it as legit...or not..normally I am contacted via sedo if i have something listed there for sale...values and other opinions would be appreciated...thanks...
