Unless you plan to develop it I'd say buying it for resale is risky. I only, and rarely buy any hyphens unless I already own the non-hyphen and want to protect the non-hypen.

A lot of the reserved names are not really that good, if you look at the big list from the .mobi people...

I don't think webmaster.mobi is going to be a highly sought-after name, but who knows. I wouldn't put much stock in web-master.mobi

I'm not sure what to think about mobi + hyphens. Personally I haven't picked up any names with hyphens because:

a) it's difficult for user to get to a hyphen
b) there are still a lot of great names out there without the need for a hyphen
