domain Opinions on 4 Char iR8s.com

Maybe i'm ignoring my forum signature on this one. Any opinion on iR8s.com??

It's spells "i rates" or is abbr. for "internet rates"

honest opinions welcome

I'm bumbing myself up here because I just discovered that besides it being a 4 char domain that abbr. I Rates (as in loan rates) or I rate (as in a rating/review)

There is also an IRS form called IR8S that shows up with 1,000 or so listings in Google and Yahoo.

Does that add value or am I just looking too deep into something thats not there?
