If the rpc stays around $600/yr you should get approx 10x that resale = $6000 to the right buyer. Imo you should hang onto it. India is soon going to overtake china as the most populas country in the world and the economy is booming. I believe .in will be in great demand in the future! No matter what the outcome you have made a good investment.

I would be looking at Money(loans etc),Insurance,travel and technology. These are the industries that are going to benefit the most from India's growth.

I've seen quality insurance names go for crazy multiples. Most of the end users don't really care what the name is earning they just want the quality traffic.

IMO if the domain has quality traffic 10-20X yearly rev.

I'd say $1k+ easy, assuming the traffic is type in and not via advertising...

Considering that relevant ads are one click, it would be interesting to see what portion of your revenue is via relevance, however, even ND isn't that advanced as yet with stats.

Would really recommend holding onto this for a *much* better valuation.
