I believe this could be worth much more if the rpc continues at this level for the next six months. If this is genuine type in traffic then you are looking at 10x the yearly rpc at least.

Yes, it is certainly worth more than the initial $400 offer you have received, a good estimate would be to use a 15 month rolling trend to price your domain, however, without posting actual stats of the traffic, I don't anticipate you receiving any real offers.
