What are your thoughts on .online domains?
It's very generic and not as ugly as .xyz for example, so that's a plus - but perhaps a little too long to have any success...
Plus most good names are either unavailable or premium...

I havesome keywords for SEO. I sold german top keyword "AKKUS" (batteries for smartphones etc.) and have similar in polisch language, some of that I wish to keep for myself like TECHNOLOGIA (technology). Most English keywords were taken of course but I managed to get some nice cobinations. Bought so far some 100 .online domains.

Some of my top: DECODERS.ONLINE,DIGITALSIGNATURE.ONLINE, DISCOS.ONLINE,GLOBALLY.ONLINE,INTERNETAGENCY.ONLINE,LOUDSPEAKERS.ONLINE,PROFESSIONS.ONLINE,SITCOM.ONLINE,APPSDEVELOPER.ONLINE,NATIVEAPP.ONLINE,ADVOCATES.ONLINE

Offered almost all at 29 USD each last week but only 1 of ~100 sold :D So... I put price up, :D

Still way too early to sell imo. I have not even bothered to list any except for the $10 LLL's and I also have some great 888 5N.info's, but maybe early summer I will try to sell those. Every domain I made money on, had to wait at least 2 months before it got any sort of traction but 3 months is a good time frame. The deals were in February, so May might be a good time to try and sell some.

Yes, now I know :) I wanted a quick flip, but I should have waited for a couple of weeks or months. Feel free to join my auction, though, the next bid is only $2 for a N8880.online :)

If you have quality .Online, keep it and don't be discouraged. Should some people show you their entire .com portfolio, i bet you wont be willing to part with $1 to have those junks transferred to you.

was doing my research on NNNN. I found Radix registered hugeeee amount of NNNN.onlines on 1/11/2016.

If my suspicion is right, they could have registered between 1000 to 4000 NNNN.onlines on that day, systematically buying out the remaining available nnnn.online.

Go ahead randomly whois 1012.online up to 9984.online and you'll see DotOnline Inc as registrant.

Makes sense to me. When I posted the NNNN list the first week of January, there was just over 4000 left. Then less than 10 days later they all vanished in one shot.

Yeah it was a big purchase because 4N.online was still full price, no $1 deals yet. I got 6 of them which is better than nothing. I wonder if they own any 3L?

They do have some, some secured from before general availability and some regged after general availability and some were preserved under the 'premium' label.

I like to think they have the most nerds, this Radix registry haha

For .online sales in the aftermarket, I feel still we are 6 months away and it will show results from July onwards.

I've had several sales without actually trying to sell them(private). But like Namerav said, we still need to give .online some time to build up. I'm sure you could flip some for $5 or less, but what's the point? If you got good domains, just hold out for a while. On my Godaddy park page, the highest traffic domains I have are either lll.online or lll.mobi and they are beating out my .com, net, org.

$15? which registrar did you use? I initially bought 50 of mine LLL, NNNN, NNNNN for $7 each at GD. Either way, the point I tried to make was we have to wait. Unless you got the absolute ideal domain like a 3L word dog.online or 8888.online, you won't be selling them right now for any sort of major profit. Patience is key to any domains and I wish I had more myself. If I kept my 161 NNNN.online, 27 LLL.co, 5 LLL.biz, and many other domains that I flipped between September to December after holding them for only 1-3 months, would of made 15-20X more right now and it's just a couple months later.

Yeah. Have said something like that earlier in the thread. ...bought them first few days of its general availability from Netfirms.

Of all the new gtlds, .online has the most going for it.

There are way to many gtlds that either don't make sense like .xyz or .top, or there just isn't enough keywords that work with the gtld. There are many keywords, businesses, and terms etc. etc that can work with really well with .online.

I bet up on the registry like a mad man(as some of you know), but I actually like .online. I think it has staying power and will rival all but .com

It works and sounds better than .web, .website, and ever the old man .net! I would put it next to .com in value as long as the registry doesn't start messing with renewal pricing.

There are some really good names listed by you guys.

Good luck.

Okay Folks I posted the same questions I am asking here on a .club thread, I would really appreciate your opinions here as well..

"I'm a firm believe in the .online domains but I am rather disappointed over the past 2 days I have been trying to off load some domains for ridiculously cheap. This is a combination of .club and .online domains, both extensions I believe to have superb potential... but nobody seems to be want to grab these domains of mine even at these insanely low prices.... am I missing something here or am I living in a vacuum?

Please refer to domains in my signature and tell me if I am being unreasonable"
