what the hack is hackathon ?
The long arm of GoDaddy cs. intervened in the low prices of West.xyz : the transfer of .online is raised from $ 2.42 to $ 30 ! This is why West.xyz had to raise their prices :
So don't blame West.xyz
So the registry forces West to raise their 'doorprice' to enter the bar, just because too many people are walking away from other bars to the West-bar? That sounds an awful lot like mafia, or at least cartel forming.
all .online fans, the last 2 months for u to get the drop LLL.online .
and the drop NNN.online, radix will reserve them.
.online would be so much more successful if it were managed by a better registry. Radix has attempted very little (if any) serious promotion. Pricing is not competitive, leading to a low retention rate. They haven't responded to any of the several emails I sent this year.
I love .online, but its potential is being stymied by an incompetent registry. Radix blows!
I actually think they are of the better registries. There is a sense of stability & sound planning with these guys. My opinion though.
Radix is ok, better than donuts, Afilias ,rightside, uniregistry.
When exactly please?
if u checked the drop list of .online, u would found it.
okay I need that cheap transfer again, i have some domains I'd like to transfer out, but it seems to me no specials anywhere at the time being, and I'm not transferring to 1&1.
Although they are long, but the specific meaning, but also and a lot of combination of science and technology in the future. So it's worth.
Same here but Radix seems determined to keep the price around $20-35. And for what? They aren't doing a damn thing to earn such a premium. At that price, very, very few .online's will be renewed annually (for me personally it could be as low as 1%) and we're going to see a constant cycle of domains being registered, dropped, registered, dropped. Values (which are already low) will remain stagnant due to an overabundance of good domains constantly dropping and being re-registered for a dollar.
Seems to be an unpopular opinion here, but imho Radix is killing .online's potential with their tight control on pricing. It just doesn't make any sense for most investors to renew a portfolio of .online's at that rate: every .online renewal is equivalent to around THREE .com renewals!! Dot com is WAY easier to sell, and they sell for FAR higher prices.... so what on earth would be the sense in maintaining a large portfolio of .online??
Everyone here probably knows that I've been an ardent supporter of .online for the past year, but if nothing changes soon, I'm out.
the cheapest of renew and transfer is dreamhost, the second choice is west.xyz
only one day promotion for radix on west.cn.
on 1.12（GMT+8）, .ONLINE .tech .site , the pricing of renew and transfering in are only 12￥ = about 1.5$ . i don't know will west.xyz support this promotion ,maybe u have to ask customer care of west.xyz . .
is this still valid? I can't seem to get the special on west.cn
they post this promotion on their bbs:
u have to use google transtation
I just chat with West.xyz support, she said that West.xyz will have this promo, too. But not for transfer, only registration and renewal.
Also, Dreamhost ended their promo for renew and transfer of .online, back to normal price now. ($29.95)
Tried to transfer .online to West.xyz today, but the transfer price is $30.00, not sure this is an error or they changed the price.
Their price page still shows $2.42.
It seems you missed my post of december 21th (https://www.namepros.com/posts/5897200/) .
if west.cn does not check your IP, u can use west.cn ,it is still cheap （$2.42）.
if they check ip, u should find a chinese free vpn .
.Online its like juggling a hot potato
A bad juggler will burn his hands. A good juggler however, wont even notice the difference between a hot and a cold potato.
Great News!!! Ive hand regged the following:
RPgames.online (role playing games)
DAEP.online (Disciplinary Alternative Education Programs, Digital Asset Exchange Platform)
Sold another LLL.online today.
Fixed price, outbound email, US buyer
Paid $1 but I'll eat $30 renewing it as a courtesy to the buyer.
Are there any available LLL.online domains ? It seems all the expired ones are being reserved by the registry.
