Online Mortgage Broker Directory

Hi all,

Im looking to develop a mortgage broker directory in the near future.

I want to know if anyone can build this directory for me from scratch. It must be fully functional: Brokers should be able to submit their broker shop and details for a fee, on a annual subscription, integrated with paypal checkout or other. Consumers should be able to search for a broker based on their state and/or city, broker name, or other criteria. I, the admin, should be able to approve, decline, edit, or delete broker information.

This is the basic idea. We can get more into the details if you are chosen for the project.

I would like to see your portfolio if you have one. I would this site to be built from scratch, and not copied from some other directory site. I prefer a simple functioning site without a lot of clutter or too much graphics.

Please let me know if you are up for this challenge, and also the minimum cost for the project. If you are picked for this project, you agree to provide me with on-going assistance until the website is completed to my satisfaction.
