Need assistance with link directory

Hello,

I need help getting a reciprocal link directory up and functioning on one of my websites. Also may need help with a banner managing program and a few other projects. The link directory is my priority. I have little cash to work with but can trade for domain names, offer prime positioning to promote your site or a combination of both. Possibly a bit of cash can be included.

Are you using phplinkdirectory or any other free directory scripts? If you are not, you might want to consider using a free script. If you need help customizing the script, let me know.
