Maybe too many appraisals of .in/.co.in, and people always changes their mind.

As I have always said, really nice keywords cant be sold under mid XXX.

As your names are pretty good, do not sell them under this amount. (tourism, downloads)

Our appraisals are based on WOT's sales and Iam looking forward to seeing other sales from other domainers.

Anyway, I have already got offers for jewel.co.in for mid XXX.

Actually, they are. Plenty of them. And the amount spent is not the issue, nor is the time/year. It's all relative to their income, budget etc. but this is not the thread to discuss that, so I will leave it alone.

All are great domains. But the market is restricted only to indian business since it is a .co.in (or) to some Search engine optimizers. If you had owned the .in all would be worth more than lowxxxx except the freejobs domain.

High XXX or any offer more than that is a nice price for both the domains. Because in the next 3 to 4 years (if you think of waiting), .in will takeover .co.in and its value will decrease.

.IN just started out. they do receive very few type-ins and still have a small recognizion. You better wait 3-5 years, and then try to sell em. Meanwhile, u can develop them, just something simple. I noticed that it was very easy to come in the top spot with .in names in Yahoo. For instance; http://in.search.yahoo.com/search?p=budget+hotel&sm=All+the+Web&fr=FP-tab-web-t&toggle=1
(nr 9 on "budget hotel") without much efforts!

If the offers are that good then I would sell. The sales may set some nice precedents for the TLD which is good for the entire domaining industry.

I don't know if you have sold any of the domains. But I were you I would hold on to them and try to develop them myself. Let's face it those are incredibly good names, and their value is not gooing to decrease. If you have money to pay the reg fees then these fees will be a cheap investment.
