Are you sure the name is still at RF, all RF names were moved to GoDaddy and according to the whois GoDaddy is the Registrar. Theres a link on their home page to gain access to your name " Welcome, RegisterFly Customers! "

It shows that the name expired on June 9th and I doubt you'll be able to transfer it out to another registrar nor push it to another GD account untill its renewed.

You should clear this up and edit your post.
