Established New Site, Unique Idea

Hello NP Members,

I am putting up for sale http://adpraise.com which runs on a custom script to help determine what advertising space is worth on various websites. The script was custom made, along with the design and logo. We have done no advertising at all except for post it on 2 forums for review. The reviews were mixed but for the most part people loved the idea and design.

If you purchase you will get full rights to:
-The Design
-Adpraise.com ; .net, .org, .name, .us, .info (Reg at godaddy.com)
-The Logo
-The Script*

*The person who created the script for me does not want this script to be used on any domains except adpraise.com therefore if you want to resale it we will have to work something out.

The script is very easy to edit and only requires 2 files to change the values, everything is marked so it makes changing the values very fast and simple to understand. You may notice that the estimates for some sites are a bit off, once you buy the site that will be very easy to modify.

A lot of you guys should be ashamed for acting this way - Sales Crashing is not tolerated here.

If you wish to make an offer that is lower than the asking price - Do it Via PM like someone with a little couth and respect.

Several warnings are being issued for this .....

It was a custom script and besides, it shouldn't matter what the cost of the script was. He said he put 300 dollars into the site, and you can figure out the rest.

You others - If you have no interest in the site , don't post ! - It's as simple as that ....

And as I stated above - making open offers lower than the asking fee is just bad taste - Do it via PM or not at all.
