One letter domain names

:hi: guys, im quite new into buying/selling domains so im after a few bits of advice.

Could somebody explain the pros & cons (if there is any cons) of small domains.

I recently came across a single number domain and im tempted to buy it, however i am unsure how i would go about advertising the sale of that site?

So any advice would be great

It depends on lots of factors, how much is it for sale for, is it a new reg, what extension is it...

If it was of any value then its unlikely to be available to hand reg

As far as selling, if it is any good then sedo would be your best bet.

Its probably best to start here with the extension...
